Shoreline Medical Transport was founded by a local St. Augustine family with deep roots in healthcare and a firsthand understanding of the challenges patients face when reliable transportation isn’t available. After seeing repeated delays and extended wait times for patients who require ADA-accessible medical vans, we knew there was a clear need for a better solution. Having grown up in St. Augustine, we know the area well and understand how important timely, dependable service is for both patients and healthcare providers. The care we provide is a reflection of our family’s attention to detail, compassion, and commitment to doing things the right way—delivering transportation that is safe, respectful, and focused on the people we serve.
